Scramble me up!


I made this supper yummy scramble and wanted to share. It is healthy!

2 eggs

1/2 Cup Egg whites

1 Cup spinach

Dash of pepper

Dash of turmeric

1/2 a tomato

Whisk all the ingredients together and put into a pan. It should cook in three minutes. I added 2 pieces of turkey bacon on the side.

Guess how many calories!

260 Cals!

You can make this in under six minutes!
