This recipe was so easy and fast to make! Anyone can do it. I will give you step by step instructions on how to make and enjoy this yummy breakfast.
6 cups of Spinach
3 Cups of mushrooms
1) Spray pan
2) Cook your spinach and mushrooms over skillet at a medium heat for about three minutes or until it is soft.
3) Make little holes in the veggies with the spatula where you want to insert your yolks.
4) Add the seasonings you desire. (I did pepper and turmeric)
5) Cover the pan with lid, turn up the heat to high and let it sit for a couple minutes.
Take out and enjoy!
